Actionable serves contractors, estimators, adjusters, and members across the property insurance and restoration ecosystem with tools, estimating resources, training content, and Xactimate guidance.
They needed more than a marketing website. As their resource library grew — covering Actionable Profile content, Actionable Alerts, Insighter Reports, video galleries, Xactimate sketch resources, Matterport standards, and education-related material — managing it all became increasingly difficult.
We built the complete platform for Getinsights.org, including the public website, backend architecture, admin dashboard, membership system, product and resource management, and the full user-facing account experience.
Without a centralized system, managing this many resources and user flows would become inefficient, difficult to scale, and harder for members to navigate. Actionable needed a single, connected system that could handle all of it.
We designed and developed a complete web platform that unified Actionable’s content, memberships, admin operations, and user experience into one system.
The public website was structured around Actionable’s core offerings — Actionable Profile, Pricing, Free Resources, Membership Resources, Education, and Advance the Cause — making the platform easy to explore while keeping the large resource library organized.
On the backend, we built infrastructure to manage users, products, memberships, payments, coupons, events, reports, video content, blog content, and resource libraries. The admin dashboard gave the Actionable team full control without depending on developers for everyday management.
A clean, structured front-end for users to discover Actionable's products, pricing, free resources, educational content, and contribution forms.
User account and membership experience — visitors can create accounts, sign in, and access member-specific resources tied to their plan.
Complete internal management for products, users, memberships, orders, payments, coupons, roles, reports, and platform content.
Multi-library support for Insighter Reports, video galleries, price list summaries, Xactimate sketch galleries, and commonly used line items.
System supporting different plans, membership resources, Actionable Profile access, Actionable Alerts, and related pricing flows.
Pages and systems for training, certifications, events, public registries, and forms for alert requests or line item contributions.
The final product was a unified platform that allowed Actionable to manage its growing organization through one connected system — rather than patching together separate tools and workarounds.
