ATI Restoration helps businesses recover and rebuild after property damage. As part of its M&A process, ATI wanted a digital solution that could help potential acquisition targets submit their financial information and receive an estimated business valuation.
nullBrainer first developed the valuation tool as a prototype based on ATI’s requirements. After reviewing the prototype, ATI provided feedback and requested changes, which we incorporated before the solution was approved. We then added the valuation calculations and developed the complete platform, including a customer-facing portal for submitting financial information and an admin portal for ATI’s M&A team to manage valuation requests and reports.
ATI needed a better way to collect financial information from potential acquisition targets and turn it into clear valuation reports. The process needed to be simple for business owners while giving ATI’s M&A team the information needed to evaluate opportunities.
The solution also needed to provide a secure, mobile friendly experience and support the different stages of the valuation process, from collecting financial data and verifying users to generating branded reports and managing requests internally.
We started by building a prototype of the valuation experience based on ATI’s requirements. ATI reviewed the prototype, provided feedback and requested changes, which we incorporated before the solution was approved.
Once the experience was finalized, we added the valuation calculations and developed the complete platform. The solution included a customer portal that guides business owners through submitting their company and financial information, as well as an admin portal that allows ATI’s M&A team to manage valuation requests, access codes, users, roles, and reports.
